Somatic Release
Your healing session begins with a brief assessment of the areas you want addressed. This Reboot session is for core clients who are actively doing the work. Charee uses a variety of modalities based on your specific needs using movement, sound, breath & energy healing

Sacred Thai Bodywork
Relax and enjoy the blissful experience of receiving a Thai/Nuad Boran. The rhythmic dance between you and your practicioner involves gentle stretching, yoga techniques, acupressure, and energy healing. These help increase circulation, range of motion, and flexibility while moving stagnant energy. The session relieves tension and pain and leaves you feeling nourished, energized, and restored!
