They are available for adults, children, and teens at her home sanctuary inn Morgantown, PA, on Zoom, or at your home or work location within a 30-mile radius of Morgantown. In-person and virtual sessions are equally effective.

One-on-one classes allow for maximum personal attention and are individually tailored to accommodate your specific needs. You can also get together with some friends or family members and share the cost of a group yoga class for 4–30 people.
