We will share our hearts around the fire, setting intentions with deep breathing and an offering to the fire. We will go over drumming techniques, play African Rhythms and dive into a shamanic drum meditation. In this space, a higher consciousness where wisdom, healing, and an understanding of our true self come into being. Join us as we create rhythms from different cultures around the world to connect with your heart and soul.
Please bring a chair and anything to help you be comfortable along with an offering for our Fire ritual.
Drumming helps boost the immune system and promote physical healing. Drum therapy encourages people to release inner trauma through physical movement and meditative rhythms, as well as bringing people together.
