Aerial Nest
For Neurodivergent & Highly Sensitive Adults & Caregivers
Saturday, February 7, 2026 | 10:00–11:00 AM
Location: School of Miracles
Step into a space of gentle support and mindful presence. In this Aerial Nest experience, you will be softly held in low aerial silks that cradle the body, offering deep rest and a sense of safety. The session combines gentle, slow movement with moments of stillness, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to fully relax.
Mindfulness guides the experience: notice the weight of your body in the silks, the feeling of air and light around you, and the rhythm of your own breath. There are no expectations to perform, stretch, or speak. Every participant is encouraged to move, sway, or rest at their own pace—always with choice and comfort at the center.
This offering is ideal for neurodivergent and highly sensitive adults who benefit from predictable pacing, low stimulation, and conscious presence. Soft lighting, calm ambiance, and optional gentle sound support a tranquil environment for deep regulation and rest.
Experience includes:
Low, fully supported aerial silks
Mindful, gentle movement and swaying
Deep rest, stillness, or slow suspension
Choice and autonomy throughout
Small, calm, and welcoming group
Leave feeling held, regulated, and refreshed, carrying the calm of this space with you into your day.
