Each gathering includes

Intentional Tea Ritual – anchoring presence with each sip

ACIM Reflection” one core idea or lesson brought into heart & body

Guided Meditation : breath, body scan, heart coherence, or holy instant anchoring

Journaling or Creative Expression

Sacred Sharing Circle ( optional, but powerful)

Closing Blessing + Group Prayer

Sacred Sundays is a heart-centered sanctuary for community, miracles, and spiritual practice. To honor all who feel called to join, we offer sliding scale pricing  what feels aligned to you within the suggested love off fee of $25–$55/offering.  This can be submitted via butterfly scholarship fund.
