The ChareeJanelle.com website (“Website”) is made available through Charee Smith d.b.a. Charee Janelle (“Company.”). All content provided on or through this Website may be used only under the Terms of Use (“TOU”) stated below. Use of this Website as a visitor or Charee Janelle member (“You” or “Member”) constitutes your agreement to the TOU established by Company.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Website provides information of importance to visitors and Members. Company may, as a service to its visitors and Members, allow third parties to promote their services and/or products through the Website. In any matter requiring Company’s prior consent, such consent will be considered given only if made in the foregoing manner by an authorized representative of Company. 13.2 Except as herein provided, no waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of these TOU shall be effective against Company unless the same is in writing and signed by an authorized official of Company. Company may modify these TOU at any time upon written notice or posting to the Website. You agree that if you access and or use the Website after notification of changes in these TOU, you will be bound by all such changes.
