At Miraculous Enterprises, we hold all sessions, programs, and retreats as sacred
experiences designed to support your transformation and expansion.
In order to protect the integrity of this work and ensure clarity for all participants, please review the following disclaimer and policies before engaging with any offering.
- Scope of Services
Miraculous Enterprises provides holistic and spiritual modalities, including:
Reiki and energy healing
Intuitive and oracle guidance
Somatic and embodiment practices
Feminine and masculine integration mentorship
Conscious relationship and soul-aligned coaching
Ceremonies, workshops, and retreats focused on awakening and alignment
All offerings are spiritual and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical,
psychological, or psychiatric care.
- Participant Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Each participant may be asked to complete an intake or disclosure form to ensure safety
and alignment.
Miraculous Enterprises reserves the right to decline participation when it is not in energetic
or physical harmony for either party.
- Health & Medical Disclaimer
Healing sessions may involve emotional release, energetic shifts, or deep relaxation.
By participating, you affirm that:
You are responsible for your own well-being.
You have disclosed any relevant health conditions or medications.
You understand that Miraculous Enterprises and its facilitators are not licensed medical or mental-health professionals.
You choose to participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.
- Informed Consent for Touch
Some sessions (such as Reiki or Thai-inspired bodywork) may include gentle, therapeutic touch.
Touch is always offered with awareness, respect, and consent.
You may request to modify or stop touch at any time.
All contact will remain non-invasive and professional.
Your comfort, sovereignty, and safety are always honored.
- Confidentiality
All personal information and anything shared in session or ceremony is held in sacred
confidentiality, unless disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.
- Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
Arrive in presence and respect.
Abstain from alcohol, recreational drugs, or mind-altering substances before and during
sessions.
Honor the energetic and emotional boundaries of others.
Miraculous Enterprises may end a session or deny participation if behavior is disrespectful or misaligned with the sanctity of the space.
- Cancellation, Rescheduling & Credit Policy
Each offering is prepared with energetic intention and time.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Provide at least 72 hours’ notice to receive a credit toward another session or offering (valid for 6 months).
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment do not
receive credit.
No-Shows: Missed sessions without communication forfeit payment and credit.
Events & Retreats: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the depth of preparation involved.

- Sacred Boundaries & Integrity
All sessions and containers with Charee Janelle are held within a sacred, professional, and non-romantic context. These offerings are devoted to healing, transformation, and
awakening—not personal or romantic engagement.
Charee honors the integrity of this work and maintains clear energetic and relational
boundaries to ensure a safe, sovereign, and sacred experience for all who enter this field.
- Acknowledgment of Risk & Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that participation may involve physical, emotional, or energetic effects.
By engaging, you accept full responsibility for your experience and release Miraculous
Enterprises LLC, its facilitators, and affiliates from any liability related to outcomes during or after participation.
- Adjustments to Offerings
Miraculous Enterprises reserves the right to modify or reschedule offerings as needed.
Participants will be notified promptly.
- Intellectual Property
All written, spoken, and recorded materials shared in sessions or teachings are the
property of Miraculous Enterprises LLC.
They may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Acknowledgment
By engaging in any service, session, or event with Miraculous Enterprises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
