DESCRIPTION:Did you know that there’s a style of yoga that just involves 
 relaxing??\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nYoga nidra aka as yogic sleep is an immensely pow
 erful meditation technique\, and also one of the easiest yoga practices to
  develop and maintain.\n\nAfter just a 45-60 min session you may feel like
  you indulged in a peaceful three-hour nap.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThis practice re
 quires exerting as little energy as possible. Your only requirement is to 
 show up\, be open &amp\; lie down. Find the ultimate surrender.\n\n&nbsp\;
 \n\nNidra brings you to the space where you are no longer awake nor asleep
 \, rather floating in the delicious space of in between. If all of this is
 n't already yummy enough\, nidra will be enhanced through the accompanying
  very gentle playing of  Tibetan singing bowls\, chime &amp\; tuning fork
 s\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBring a journal\, mat and water bottle. You are also welco
 me to bring any props along such as pillow or blanket .\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIf y
