This one-hour class blends gentle yoga, somatic movement, and conscious breathwork to open the heart, release tension, and awaken your innate vitality. Through flowing postures, heart-centered breath, and embodied presence, you’ll reconnect to yourself and the collective energy of the community. Sacred Sundays is a space to nourish your body, expand your consciousness, and remember the miracles that live within and around you. All levels are welcome.

Intentional Tea Ritual – anchoring presence with each sip
ACIM Reflection” one core idea or lesson brought into heart & body
Guided Meditation : breath, body scan, heart coherence, or holy instant anchoring
Journaling or Creative Expression
Sacred Sharing Circle ( optional, but powerful)
Closing Blessing + Group Prayer

Reiki Share Healing Circle is a sacred space for the healers to give & receive.
This cocreative heart centered container led by Charee Janelle ( Neela) or another miraculous practioner is an invitation to surrender, breathe & fill your cup. Connect with other practicioners ( all lineages) feel heard, seen, held, supported & loved.
