A 1-hour lunch b reak plus additional 15-minute breaks will be given about every 90-minutes .\n\n \;\n\nReiki\n\nReiki Levels I &\; II training is a combinatio n of lecture\, discussion\, and hands-on/hands-off practice\, which includ es giving and receiving complete Reiki treatments using all the hand posit ions. It also consists of learning to heal through intuitively scanning th e body for information about where Reiki is needed. You will perform exten sive self-treatment\, use all the level II symbols\, including distance he aling\, and several Japanese Reiki techniques.\n\nThe information and tech niques covered include:\n\n Opening to the infinite flow of Holy Fire Rei ki (spiritually guided life-force energy)\n How to hold Reiki sessions us ing hand placements and intuitive guidance and how to conduct a distance h ealing session\n How to heal unwanted habits of the mind and body and Hay ashi Sensei’s healing guide for using Reiki for specific conditions\n T he sacred Reiki level II symbols and how to use them (including comprehens ive practice time and homework)\n Using Reiki for world peace and as a fo undational healing path for a successful career in the healing arts\n Stu dents receive a 190-page Reiki manual\, certificates for both Reiki levels I and II\, and placements (formerly called attunements).\n\nReasons to Le arn Reiki\n\nThe many benefits of learning Reiki include:\n\n Increases i ntuitive and spiritual gifts\n Helps heal yourself and others energetical ly\, physically and mentally\n Completely shifts and revitalizes your per sonal energy\n Clears negative thoughts and emotions\n Releases and heal s trauma\n Empowers your mind\n Purifies and clears limiting beliefs\n Shifts your consciousness to a higher level\n\nAfter the Training\n\nIt is anticipated that graduates will set aside additional time to practice Rei ki after the training has ended.
