 imum well-being.\n\nThis modality can help promote a deep state of relaxat
 ion where cortisol and adrenaline levels drop\, allowing you to relax and 
 open-up to restoration.\n\nMeditation brings about a heightened state of a
 wareness and attention.\n\nIt can dissolve stress\, bringing inner peace. 
 Meditation is also a consciousness-changing technique that has been shown
