
AERIAL YOGA FOR KIDS
Yoga is an ancient practice that promotes physical, mental, and spiritual well-being by using physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to still the mind. Aerial yoga uses a hammock (yoga silks swing), which allows for postures beyond what is possible on a yoga mat.
Aerial Yoga for Kids is for youngsters ages 7–14. Children are dropped off at Charee Janelle’s home sanctuary in Morgantown, PA. Your child will enjoy the playful freedom of movement and many benefits of attending this 55-minute class. Space is limited to six students in this boutique-style small-group training. Every youngster receives personal attention and guidance. Charee’s trauma-informed mindfulness teachings will have your child feeling seen, heard, nurtured, and supported with love by her!
Each carefully selected pose allows your child to safely:

CLASS PREP
Please make sure your child does not eat anything heavy 90-minutes prior to the start of class. She or he should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons (no tank tops or shorts). The doors open 10-minutes before the class. There is no need to arrive any earlier, however if you do feel free to take a walk in nature.
Parents are to drop kids for class( or walk to the door ), there is not room for parents to stay.
