Ecstasis (also spelt ekstasis) is a moment of ins ight\; it is a moment of total immersion in being. To stand outside of\, o r transcend the ego.\n\n \;\n\nThis journey of conscious free form mov ement\, somatics\, partner play &\; ecstatic dance paired with carefull y curated musical landscape guides you on a journey into the layers of you r being.\n\n \;\n\nCome as you are\, and sink into this sacred space o f freedom\, safety and celebration.\n\n \;\n\nDance yourself into your most authentic bliss self.\n\n \;\n\nCharee invites you into the dept hs of your spirit for complete freedom to do whatever your body wants to d o in this space. If you want to shake your whole body\, head to toe\, rock back and forth\, or crawl around on the floor\, howl and moan\, all are w elcome. She leads you into a place where the rhythm beat of the music invi tes you to discover places within Self\, a place where thinking &\; tal king cannot touch.\n\n \;\n\nEmbodied Expression with Charee is a spir itual\, transformational &\; illuminating experience. From opening to c lose- shift will take place\, an activation. This is an invite to come hom e to your Bliss Self.
