Trusting in the divine plan. You aren’t looking or searching – you a re happy exactly as you are.\n\n \;\n\nWhen it happens\, it happens. Y ou are whole\, perfect\, and complete exactly as you are. I get it. I see you. I hear you. I feel you. Really\, I do…….\n\n \;\n\nand I got you.\n\n \;\n\nThis is what inspired me to co-create the Singles Editi on of Embodied Expression!\n\n \;\n\nEmbodied Expression is a sacred e xperience- immerse yourselves in the art of dance\, movement &\; heart opening experiences\, sacred connections\, playful exchanges\, authentic & amp\; free form expression.\n\n \;\n\nThe Greek term ecstasis (meaning “to stand outside oneself”) is the etymological mother of our English words ecstasy and ecstatic. Ecstasis (also spelt ekstasis) is a moment of insight\; it is a moment of total immersion in being. To stand outside of \, or transcend the ego.\n\n \;\n\nThis journey of conscious free form movement\, somatics\, partner play &\; ecstatic dance paired with care fully curated musical landscape guides you on a journey into the layers of your being.\n\n \;\n\nCome as you are\, and sink into this sacred spa ce of freedom\, safety and celebration.\n\n \;\n\nDance yourself into your most authentic bliss self.\n\n \;\n\nCharee invites you into the depths of your spirit for complete freedom to do whatever your body wants to do in this space. If you want to shake your whole body\, head to toe\, rock back and forth\, or crawl around on the floor\, howl and moan\, all a re welcome. She leads you into a place where the rhythm beat of the music invites you to discover places within Self\, a place where thinking &\; talking cannot touch.\n\n \;\n\nEmbodied Expression with Charee is a spiritual\, transformational &\; illuminating experience. From opening to close- shift will take place\, an activation. This is an invite to come home to your Bliss Self. A divine remembrance.\n\n \;\n\nThis journey will naturally bring you down into a resting position\, where we will clo se with guided conscious sacred breathwork to calm the nervous system & \; gentle gong bath.\n\n \;\n\nThere will be an opportunity to share a bout our exploration with one another &\; open mingle time with other a wake\, conscious\, “ready for love- because I am love” beings.\n\n&nbs p\;\n\nThis is an invite to External Activity &\; Internal Exploration. \n\nExternal Sound &\; Internal Stillness.\n\nYin &\; Yang experienc e if you will.\n\n \;\n\n~No experience necessary to join us.
