DESCRIPTION:Embodied Expression is where we express ourselves through creat
 ive movement to say what words cannot say and entering our truth.\n\nThe G
 reek term ecstasis (meaning “to stand outside oneself”) is the etymolo
 gical mother of our English words ecstasy and ecstatic. Ecstasis (also spe
 lt ekstasis) is a moment of insight\; it is a moment of total immersion in
  being. To stand outside of\, or transcend the ego.  \n\nThis journey of c
 oncious free form movement & ecstatic dance paired with carefully curated 
 musical landscape guides you on a journey into the layers of your being.\n
 \n Come as you are\, and sink into this sacred space of freedom\, safety a
 nd celebration. Dance yourself into your most authentic bliss of nature\, 
  and release all of which does not serve you.\n\nCharee invites you into t
 he depths of your spirit for complete  freedom to do whatever your body wa
 nts to do in this space. If you want to shake your whole body\, head to to
 e\, or  you choose to rock back and forth or crawl around on the floor\, t
 hats great too.  \n\nLights are dim as ChAree leads you into a  place wher
 e the rhythm beat of the music invites you in to discover places within Se
 lf\,  a place where thinking & talking cannot  touch. \n\n Ecstatic dance 
 with Charee is a spiritual & transformatice experience.  From opening to c
 losing\, a shift will take place inside your heart and spirit. Weight will
  be lifted & you will feel much lighter & connected to Source and the LOVE
  that you are. \n  This is a invite to come home to your Self. \nA remembe
 rance.  \n\nThis journey will naturally bring you back down to a resting p
 osition\, we will close with some conscious breathwork to calm the nervous
  system & and gentle sound/gong bath.  \nThere will be an opportunity to s
 hare about our exploration with one another. \n\nExternal Activity & Inter
 nal Exploration. External Sound & Internal Stillness. Yin & Yang experienc
 e if you will.  \n\n🌹No experience necessary to join us. All of you and
