Ecstasis (also spelt ekstasis) is a moment of insight\; it is a moment of total immersion in being. To stand outside of\, or transce nd the ego.\n\nThis journey of conscious free form movement &\; ecstati c dance paired with carefully curated musical landscape guides you on a jo urney into the layers of your being.\n\nCome as you are\, and sink into th is sacred space of freedom\, safety and celebration. Dance yourself into y our most authentic bliss self as we dance barefoot amongst mother Gaia\nCh aree invites you into the depths of your spirit for complete  freedom to do whatever your body wants to do in this space.
