  the moon to partner up with Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary on June 22nd.\n\nEmbo
 died Expression A Somatic &amp\; Ecstatic Dance Workshop is a sacred space
  for adults to freely express\, dancing their prayers\, exploring the dept
 hs &amp\; visions of your innermost being\, all awhile celebrating the ecs
 tasy of embodiment.\n\nInspired with the intention of co creating a higher
  vibration in the world\, within this sacred container one is free to emba
 rk on a deep journey inwards to the body\, mind\, and heart to explore wha
 t is alive for you in this now moment.  A journey of somatic practices\, 
 conscious free form movement &amp\; ecstatic dance paired with a curated m
 usical landscape\, journeys you back to your most authentic BLISS being.\n
 \nThe Greek term ecstasis (meaning “to stand outside oneself”) is the 
 etymological mother of our English words ecstasy and ecstatic. Ecstasis (a
 lso  ekstasis) is a moment of insight\; it is a moment of total immersion
  in being. To stand outside of\, or transcend the ego.\n\nCome as you are\
 , and sink into this sacred space of freedom\, safety\, play\, joy and cel
 ebration.  Charee invites you into the depths of your spirit for complete
  freedom to do whatever your body wants to do in this space. If you want t
 o shake your whole body head to toe\,  rock back and forth\, happy cry\, 
 primal howl &amp\; everything in between\, all of you and all of your expr

 l\, deeply healing\, transformational experience. A Divine Remembrance." 
 \n\nThis experience will lead you into a place where the rhythm beat of th
 e music &amp\; breath invites you to discover places within Self\, in this

 ose with conscious breathing  to calm the nervous system\, followed by a 
 sound/gong bath and an opportunity to share in circle about our exploratio
 n.\n\n    External Activity &amp\; Internal Exploration.\n       Ext
 ernal Sound &amp\; Internal Stillness. \n                  Yin &
