 \n      🐰For youth\, tweens &amp\; teens 🐰\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTo heal 
 is to feel whole no matter what we are going through\, love and accept our
 selves in the present moment\, hold space for what we need.\nSome of us co
 me to this realisation after years of trying to find health and happiness 
 outside of ourselves. It is often in our adulthood that we discover self-l
 ove begins wiithin.\nImagine if we had been taught this early on and knew 
 it from the get-go?\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nwhat will they learn in this program? \
 n\n🌟Your voice is your power\, what you say matters\, how you say it ma
 tters more\n\n🌟Sound healing isn’t making noise it’s making connect
 ion\n\n🌟Sound healing is soul cleansing\n\n🌟Light and Sound are inte
 rwoven in the Language of Life\n\n🌟Music is sound of the soul\n\n🌟 I
 t is safe to express\n\n🌟 Your emotions &amp\; feelings are valid\n\n

 tional &amp\;  Sound Therapy help decrease stress\, depression\, anxiety

  Sessions 4Youth &amp\; Tween will take place on Wednesday May 29th 5:30pm
  -6:30pm at my home sanctuary\, nestled in the woods of Berks County.\n\nA
