INNER CHILD HEALING

How you relationship with your inner child affects everything!!  Seriously, everything.  It is essential for your healing journey to your authentic self.  I know we are grown ups now, but grownups also need to tune into their inner child.  Your inner child is a metaphor for the vulnerable innocent, truly sweet part of your inner being.  Your child wants to be held, listened to, loved and seen, and mostly PROTECTED!!  You as an adult need to take care of things.
