REIKI FOR KIDS CLASS
Does your child suffer from anxiety, fear, depression, sadness, panic attacks, low self–esteem, a lack of concentration, or hyperactivity? If so, Reiki can help with all of these issues!
A parent or guardian is present in the Reiki for Kids class. You and your child will both receive Usui Holy Fire Reiki attunements and certificates of achievement upon completion. There are breaks throughout the class and a lunch break as well.
The class begins with a brief assessment for Charee to learn about your child’s health concerns and goals. She will also answer any questions either of you may have. Charee explains the key foundations of Reiki. Next, your child lies fully clothed on a massage table as Charee transmits healing energy to various parts of the body with her hands. You and your child will also both also learn and practice sending Reiki healing energy to one another.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing art that feels like a peaceful, glowing radiance that flows throughout and around you. It helps your body engage its inner resources to promote optimum well-being. This modality can produce a deep state of relaxation where cortisol and adrenaline levels drop, allowing you to relax and open up to restoration. - Healthy lunches
- Healthy Light Snacks
- Water
- Small blankets
- Yoga mats (if you have them)
- Notepads or journals
- Writing instruments
- A stuffed animal for cuddling (if your child wants one)
